【摘要】 目的 探讨妇科消炎片治疗输卵管炎性阻塞的作用机理。方法 将15％苯酚糊剂注入大鼠输卵管内,建立输卵管炎性阻塞模型,观察妇科消炎片对输卵管炎性阻塞大鼠组织学和血液流变学的影响,并以妇炎康作对照。结果治疗30d后,治疗组输卵管通畅率、积液率、炎症程度及血液流变学与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),其疗效与妇炎康相当。结论　妇科消炎片能改善微循环,抑制炎症,减少炎症渗出,促进受损组织修复,从而达到治疗输卵管炎性阻塞,改善恢复其生理功能的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the functional mechanism of Fukexiaoyanpian on curing the exphraxis of salpingitis. Methods 15% phenol paste was infused into oviduct cavity of white rats to set up the model of emphraxis of salpingitis , influence of Fukexiaoyanpian on histology and blood rheology were observed and compared with Fuyankang . Results 30 days after treatment, significant differences between curing group and the model group were observed in terns of unobstructed ration of oviduct; ration of hydrops; the degree of the inflammation and blood rheology (P<0.01) .It had an effect equivalent with Fuyankang. Conclusions Fukexiaoyanpian can improve micro-circulation , inhibit inflammation , reduce its exudation , help the spoilt tissue to revovate , so it can cure the emphraxis of salpingitis , improve and regain its physiological function更多还原
