【摘要】 目的 摸所经听诊三角切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术的经验。方法 采用左侧肩胛下角内侧斜形切口,小儿长5~6 cm,成人8~10 cm,经听诊三角第4肋间(或经第4肋床),胸膜外到达动脉导管位置,结扎未闭动脉导管28例,年龄2．5~24岁,平均(10±5)岁。结果 全组无肺部并发症和手术死亡,1例两次手术止血。结论 动脉导管未闭可应用经听诊三角切口入路,创伤小,恢复快,肺部并发症少,尤其适应于10岁以下儿童。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To find a safe and complication -free operation model on congenital heart disease patent arterial duct patient Methods Patent arterial duct of 28 patients (2. 5 to 24 years old) were ligatured by incision at left angulus inferior scapulae medial part(5 -6cm for children and 8 -10cm for adults) and getting into the arterial duct site through extrapleurally. Results In the two groups no patient suffered from lung complications nor died of operation. Only one patient was operated for the second time in order to stop bleeding. Conclusion The wounds is small and the patients can recover quickly. Few lung complication appeared. It is especially suitable for children.更多还原
