氟、硒、镉染毒对大鼠体内微量元素的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究氟、硒、镉染毒对大鼠体内微量元素的影响。方法 采用氟、硒、镉单独或联合染毒后,检测大鼠血清。肝、肾、睾丸等组织中铁、硒、锌、镉4种微量元素的含量。结果 过量的氟、硒、镉都可引起大鼠各组织中铁含量的显著增加,并且三者表现出协同作用;硒和镉能导致各组织中相应含量的增加,特别是主要分布器官可成数倍的浓集。过量氟、镉可引起各组织中硒、锌的缺乏,硒则可使肝、肾、睾丸中锌水平普遍提高。氟+硒、镉+硒以及氟+硒+镉联合可减少肾硒、肝镉的蓄集,同时也可减少氟、镉所致锌的损失。结论 氟、硒、镉对锌、硒、镉的影响表现为相互拮抗作用。

【Abstract】 ve To investigate the influence of Fluorine (F), Selenium (Se) and Cadmium (Cd) on trace elements in rats’ tissue. Methods Using the method of drinking F, Se, Cd respectively or their mixture, the content of Fe, Se, Zinc, Cd in rats’ serum, liver, kidneys and testes were detected. results When rats drank excessive F, Se or Cd , the content of Fe in rats’ tissue increased observably, and F, Se , Cd put up the synergism. Se, Cd could beget the increase of content of Se, Cd in rats’ tissue, especially several times more of cumulation in main organa. excessive F, Cd could induce the deficit of Se and Zinc, and Se was able to boost the level of Zinc’s content in liver, kidneys and testes. F and Se, Cd and Se, or the mixture of the three elements could reduce the content of Se in kidneys and the Cd in liver, and decrease the loss of Zinc which was caused by F and Cd. Conclusion F, Se, Cd could counteract each other.
