【摘要】 【目的】　为了解江门市学龄前儿童整体发育水平和发展规律 ,了解发育指数在评价儿童发育状况中的实用价值。　【方法】　按 3∶1整群随机抽样的方法 ,测量 1915名儿童的体重、身高、胸围 ,上机计算Kaup指数、Ververck指数 ,并与 1995年九市城区标准比较 ,同时还用WHO推荐的评价法和指数评价法评价个体儿童的营养情况 ,并作比较。　【结果】　我市学龄前男女童的Kaup指数和Ververck指数绝大多数年龄组高于 1995年九市城区标准 ,尤其男童差异显著。两种评价方法比较 ,营养不良和肥胖诊断的符合率低 ,发育指数评价法对营养不良、轻度肥胖的漏诊率高。　【结论】　我市学龄前儿童发育营养状况总体水平优于全国 9市平均水平 ;身体形态发育指数评价法不太适合儿童保健实际工作应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To know the body gorwth level and the development rule of preschool children in our city and the practical value of growth index in evaluating the children growth condition.1 915 children were selected based on 3:1 random cluster sampling.The indexes of Kaup and Ververck were calculated by computer from the measurement results of their body weight,height and chest circumference,and the indexes were compared with the standard of the nine major Chinese cities in 1995.Besides,the nutrition condition of sigle child was evaluated by the WHO standard and the indexes respectively,and the results were compared.The Kaup and Ververck indexes of preschool boys and girls of almost all the age groups in our city were higher than the standard of the nine major cities in 1995,especially the difference of the boys was prominent.The rates of diagnostic accord in malnutrition and obesity by the two evaluated methods were lower and the rates of missed diagnosis in malnutrition and slight obesity by the growth indexes were higher.[Conclusions]In our city,the overall levels of preschool children’s growth and nutrition condition were better than the average levels in the nine major Chinese cities;The growth indexes were not quite fit for the practical work of the child health care.更多还原
