【摘要】 【目的】　了解儿童功能性遗尿的临床特点及其对儿童心理行为的影响 ,为儿童功能性遗尿的干预提供科学依据。　【方法】　对 87例功能性遗尿症患儿进行临床分析和生活、学习情况调查 ,采用Piers Harris儿童自我意识量表对遗尿组儿童和正常对照组儿童分别进行测试。　【结果】　功能性遗尿可能的病因依次为隐性脊柱裂、睡眠障碍、家族遗传、中枢神经系统发育延迟与围产期高危病史和心理因素 ;遗尿组儿童有较高比例的同伴关系不良、学习问题、不良性格、心理行为问题以及不愿参加集体活动 ;两组自我意识量表结果分析得出 :遗尿组患儿在行为、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、幸福与满足量表得分以及总分显著低于对照组 ,多因素分析结果显示 :其中躯体外貌和属性因子为主体影响因素。　【结论】　功能性遗尿儿童的影响不仅限于躯体 ,而且更重要的是影响其心理的发展 ,社会心理的干预是功能性遗尿康复根本的措施之一更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the clinical features of functional enuresis and its psychosocial effects for guiding the intervention. 87 cases of functional enuresis were studied,their clinical presentations and psychological and behavioral information were collected.Applying the Children’s Self concept Scale(PHCSS),Children of enuresis group and control group were respectively evaluated. The possible causes of functional enuresis are spina bifid occulta,sleeping disorder,heredity,retarded development of CNS,perenatal high risk factors and psychosocial factors ordinally.Children with enuresis have more problems like social problems,learning difficulty,unstable personality,and behavioral problems.Evaluation of self-concept showed that children of enuresis group had lower scores than those of normal group. [Conclusions] Chidren with functional enuresis have more psychosocial problems.Psychosocial intervention is one of the fundamental methods to prevent and treat enuresis.更多还原
