煤的电化学脱硫研究(Ⅰ)——酸性无隔膜电解体系

【摘要】 以山家林洗精煤为原料,试验研究了酸性无隔膜电解体系中煤的电化学脱硫规律。试验结果表明煤中硫酸盐硫和黄铁矿硫都可获得理想的脱除效果,全硫脱除率最高可达54.8%。此外,红外光谱分析证实酸性体系中电化学脱硫对煤质影响较大,碳氢比明显增高,同时煤中有机硫也被明显脱除。

【Abstract】 A series of electro-chemical desulfurizing experiments were done in un-divided batch cell for Shanjialin fine coal.The effects of technological conditions were investigated on pyretic sulfur,sulfate sulfur and total sulfur.The results of the experiments indicated that the sulfate and pyretic sulfur can be removed efficiently and the highest removal rate of total sulfur is54.8%in acidic medium.In addition,the analysis by IR spectrum showed that the electro-chemical desulphurization has greater influence on coal quality in acidic medium,C/H markedly in-creased and organic sulfur was mostly removed.
