【摘要】 目的:观察茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法:108例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为两组。对照组给予苯巴比妥及尼可刹米口服,治疗组给予茵栀黄注射液4ml加入10％葡萄糖注射液静滴。结果:治疗组显效率和总有效率与对照组比较有极显著差异,P<0.01。结论:茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸安全有效,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observat of the effect of Yinzhihuang injection on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods: 108 neonates suffered from hyper-bilirubinemia were randomly selected and divided into two groups: the control group treated with phenobarbital combined with nikethamide and the observing group with Yinzhihuang injection. Results:The therapeutic effect in reducing the levels of percutaneous bilirubin concentration and serum bilirubin concentration in the observing group was better than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The results suggested that the therapy of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with Yinzhihuang injection is an effective and safe treatment with less by-effect.更多还原
