油松毛虫雄蛾触角毛状感受器细微结构的观察

【摘要】 油松毛虫 (DendrolimustabulaeformisTsiaetLiu)雄蛾有一对羽毛状触角。毛状感受器位于触角鞭节主干及侧枝的内面。每个毛状感受器由几丁质表皮毛、感觉神经原及三个辅助细胞构成。毛壁上有许多小孔 ,感觉神经原的树状突外节伸入毛腔 ,浸浴于感受器淋巴液内 ,这些结构特征表明它是嗅觉感受器。根据感受器内感觉神经原的数目 ,将它们分为三类 :1 具二个神经原 ;2 具三个神经原 ;3 具四个神经原。对它们的生理功能进行了讨论

【Abstract】 The male pine moth, Dendrolimus tabulaeformis Tsia et Liu, has a pair of feather like antennae. The trichoid sensilla are located on the inner side surface of the stem and branch in each flagella segment. Each sensillum trichodeum consists of a cuticular hair, several neurons, and three auxiliary cells. The hair wall is penetrated by many pores. The outer dendritic segments of neurons reach into the lumen of the hair and are surrouned by sensillum lymph. These are typical characteristics of olfactory sensilla. Based on the number of sensory neurons three types of sensilla trichodea were categorized :1 with two neurons; 2 with three neurons; and 3 with four neurons. The physiological function of these sensilla subtypes was discussed.
