【Abstract】 The primary and three dimensional (3 D) structure of Chinese Sacbrood Virus (CSBV) nucleic acid were determined and analyzed by applying the cryo electronic microscopy (cryoEM), computer reconstruction methods and the molecular biology techniques. The possible relations between the primary and the 3 D structures were also discussed.更多还原
