反应生成(Al2O3+SiC)/AC8A铝基复合材料的TEM相组成分析
Phase analysis of reaction producing aluminum matrix composites
【摘要】 采用透射电镜研究了反应生成和挤压铸造法制备的 (Al2 O3+SiC) AC8A铝基复合材料的相组成。结果表明反应产物为γ Al2 O3,未发现α Al2 O3;在SiC Si、SiC Al和Al2 O3 SiC等界面亦无其它反应产物 ,界面结合良好 ,分析了组成相的形成过程
【Abstract】 The reaction phases in (Al 2O 3+SiC) / AC8A composites materials prepared by in situ reaction and squeezing casting method were investigated using TEM. The results indicated that the reinforcement phase γ Al 2O 3 was obtained, as a contrast, α Al 2O 3 was not found. There was no other reaction product found on those interfaces bounding well, such as SiC/Si, SiC/Al and Al 2O 3/SiC, etc. The forming process of the phases in the composites was also investigated.
