碳化硅颗粒增强的铝基复合材料界面微结构研究
Interfacial characteristics of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites
【摘要】 通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜和透射电镜观察并研究了SiC颗粒增强的铝基复合材料界面组织组成、特征及其反应产物的微观形貌 ,直观给出了SiC颗粒与铝反应生成的Al4 C3立体形貌为六方片状结构 ,发现在SiC颗粒和铝合金基体的界面处为偏析形成的层片状共晶结构θ CuAl2 和硅相 ,表明该产物是最后凝固的多元共晶组织 ,即最后凝固部位是在SiC颗粒和基体铝合金的界面处。上述结果有助于了解、揭示和有效控制SiC颗粒与铝之间的界面结构
【Abstract】 The interfacial reaction and its characteristics of aluminum matrix composites with SiC particles as reinforcement were identified and observed by X ray diffaction, FE SEM (field emission scanning electron microscopy) and TEM (transmission electron microscopy). Three dimensional morphology of Al 4C 3 formed at the surface of SiC particles showed hexagonal platelet shape and a part of the last solidification zone also distributes along the interface between SiC particles and aluminum matrix and it showed the eutectic structure of both θ CuAl 2 and Si due to the segregation during solidification. The results are good to control effectively the interfacial reaction and its microstructure.
