ATM上应用MPLS技术网络中的环路控制机制
Loop Control Mechanisms of MPLS Networks Applied on ATM
【摘要】 MPLS网络不可避免地存在着形成标记交换路径 (LSP)环路的可能 ,而ATM技术特点又使MPLS网络环路控制机制的应用受到一些限制 .本文重点探讨MPLS应用于ATM环境下的环路控制机制 ,包括ATMTTL域处理生存机制、环路检测机制 ,以及为建立标记归并LSP而设计的两种环路防止算法等 .通过理论分析和部分仿真对多种控制方法进行全方位比较 ,得出一些有意义的结论 .
【Abstract】 There is an inevitable possibility of an LSP forming loops in MPLS networks,and the application of MPLS’s loop control mechanisms is restricted by the ATM technological traits.The paper studied different kinds of loop control mechanisms of MPLS networks applied on ATM,including the ATM TTL field survival mechanism,loop detection mechanisms,and two kinds of loop prevention algorithms designed for establishing loop-free state-merging LSPs.These mechanisms were compared in various aspects by theoretical analysis and partial simulation,and obtained some significative conclusions.
