用CCD实现快进、慢出高速模拟信号采样
Employing Charge Coupled Devices to Fast-in、Slow-out High Speed Analog Signal Captured
【摘要】 本文用CCD 电荷耦合器件构建快进、慢出模拟信号采样系统。详细描述二相CCD存储单元单向电荷转换过程 ,系统的工作原理 ,控制信号之间的相互关系。该系统能完成对输入模拟信号连续不间断的采样 ,完整记录输入模拟信号的变化。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a fast in slow out high speed analog signal captured system employing charge coupled device. It gives a detailed description of two phases charge coupled device store cells straightaway charge shift process, and system working principle the relation between the control signals. This system can complete continuous input analog signals capturing and fully recording the charge of input analog signals.
