在系统可编程模拟器件ispPAC20及其应用
ispPAC20 and Its Application
【摘要】 介绍了在系统可编程模拟器件ispPAC20的主要结构和性能特点,以及用一片ispPAC20实现电压控制振荡器电路的方法及其工作原理。该压控振荡器电路的实现无需使用传统的运算放大器,也不需外接电阻、电容等元器件,且电路性能优良、工作可靠。只需在计算机上通过专用开发软件PAC—Designer进行电路设计,再下载至ispPAC20器件中即可实现电路,电路修改快捷、方便。
【Abstract】 Discussed are the main structure and features of ispPAC20—a in-system programmable analog circuit, the technique for making voltage controlled oscillators (VCO) based on ispPAC20 and the operation principle of the VCO. The ispPAC20 circuit, without traditional operational amplifiers, external resistors and capacitors, exhibits high performances and high reliability. With ispPAC20, the VCO design and modification become easier. It can be realized by downloading on ispPAC20 the VCO circuit designed by means of PAC-Designer.
