轧膜成型对BaTiO3片式PTCR性能的影响

【摘要】 为制备片式BaTiO3陶瓷PTCR元件,采用轧膜成型的方法。通过研究材料性能与成型因素的关系,并通过与干压成型工艺对比,研究了轧膜成型工艺对陶瓷PTCR性能的影响。 通过调整影响轧膜成型的条件,可以制得具有良好可塑性、均匀度、致密度、光洁度的薄膜。

【Abstract】 PTC chip thermistors of BaTiO3-based ceramic were acquired by the roll forming process. The influences of roll forming process on the electronic properties of chip ceramic PTC thermistors so made were researched by contrasting the microstructures and macroelectronic properties of the above-said thermistors with that of the thermistors made by dry pressing process. When the conditions of the roll forming process well controlled, the film of batter plasticity, homogeneity, density and smoothness can be acquired.
