片式多层三端陶瓷EMI滤波器的研究
Three-terminal Multilayer Ceramic EMI Filter
【摘要】 利用电容器的阻抗特性,在传统的片式多层陶瓷电容器内部结构基础上进行重新设计,制成了滤波性能更优异的片式多层陶瓷三端EMI滤波器;这种EMI滤波器具有低的等效串联电阻和低的直流电阻。研究表明,等效串联电阻随着有效介质层厚度的降低而降低,直流电阻随着有效介质层数的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 The three-terminal multilayer ceramic EMI filters made on the basis of multilayer ceramic capacitors exhibit superior filtering characteristics. The EMI filters possess lower ESR and DC resistance. It is found that ESR decreases with decrease of the active dielectric layer thickness, and DC resistance decreases with the increases of active dielectric layer number.
