【Abstract】 The three-terminal multilayer ceramic EMI filters made on the basis of multilayer ceramic capacitors exhibit superior filtering characteristics. The EMI filters possess lower ESR and DC resistance. It is found that ESR decreases with decrease of the active dielectric layer thickness, and DC resistance decreases with the increases of active dielectric layer number.更多还原
