【摘要】 小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价直接反映小城镇土地利用的集约程度。文章对小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价的方法进行了有益的探索 ,构建了一套小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价的指标体系 ,采用多因素综合评价的方法 ,得到集约利用综合指数F ,并通过比较分析探讨小城镇土地集约利用的空间分异特征及成因 ,从而达到定量衡量小城镇土地集约利用水平的目的。以重庆市北碚区为例的研究表明 ,小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价采用多因素综合评价法是比较适宜的更多还原

【Abstract】 Intensive utilization is the tendency of land use in towns. The intensive utilization of land in towns refers to enhance the benefit of the land use through increasing input of land and improving management of land under the ideal of sustainable development. The composite evaluation of the level of intensive utilization of land in towns reflects directly the intensive level of land utilization in town.This article constructs a set of index system of composite evaluation of the level of intensive utilization of land in towns,and use the method of multi_factored composite evaluation to analyze the characteristic of space distribution of the level of intensive utilization of land in towns of Beibei,Chongqing. It is a beneficial exploration for methods of evaluation of intensive utilization of land in towns.更多还原
