【Abstract】 Science and technology progress is the basic drive for industrial structure adjustment. China’s entrance into WTO means its industrial structure adjustment will be carried out under more widely background. This article analysed the necessity of industrial structure adjustment, concluded 4 pieces of experience on oversea industrial structure adjustment, combined the direction and stress of Henan industrial structure, then put forward 3 industrial structure adjustment countermeasures, including strengthening the implement of prospering Henan by education and science, building up a series of high-tech groups, and optimizing the policy environmental conditions for R&D and innovation in high-tech industries.更多还原
