【Abstract】 Information is one of the three resources. In order to bring information into full play as an important role to blazing-trails of science-technology, it needs, from the viewpoint of integration of the theory of reflection with the theory of activity ,to understand deeply intension and the attributes of information, reveal out the principle of “the three bodies circulation” and “the 6 links” of information running for blazing trails in science-technology, and , relevantly, put out some concrete consideration on optimizing disposition of information resource.
