钴添加剂添加方式对镍电极性能的影响

【摘要】 通过外掺和共沉积的方式制备了两种不同钴含量的镍电极 ,对电极的充放电性能进行了测试。实验表明钴的添加方式在对镍电极性能的改进中起了很大的作用 ,外掺法显著改善了镍电极的性能 ,共沉积却不能起到相应的效果。同时 ,通过循环伏安法和X射线衍射法对钴元素的作用机理进行了研究探讨 ,提出了一种新的见解 :以外掺方式加入的钴在充电过程中能够生成导电性能良好的CoOOH ,从而提高电极性能 ;而以共沉积加入的钴形成了导电性能不好的Co(OH) 3 ,因而不能有效提高电极性能

【Abstract】 Two types of nickel electrode with different cobalt content were prepared by incorporation and co precipitation, and their charge/discharge performance was tested. The experimental results show that the effect of cobalt adding method on the modification of nickel electrode performance is great. Adding cobalt by incorporation method can improve the performance of nickel electrode whereas adding by co precipitation method can not. In addition, the effective mechanism of cobalt element is investigated by cyclic voltammetry and X ray diffraction and a new point of view was presented. That is, adding cobalt by incorporation method during charge causes the production of CoOOH with good conductivity, which is favorable to improve electrode performance. How ever, adding cobalt by co precipitation method causes the production of Co(OH) 3 with bad conductivity, so the electrode perormance is not improved.
