掺杂α-Ni(OH)2的结构与性能

【摘要】 氢氧化镍是碱性蓄电池的正极活性物质 ,为了改善镍系列电池的性能 ,我们合成了掺杂α Ni(OH) 2 ,它具有较高的放电平台 ,且放电曲线平坦 ,放电容量高 ,对它进行了X射线衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM )、红外光谱 (IR)等结构性能测试分析 ,通过研究发现 ,合成的掺杂α Ni(OH ) 2 在碱液中结构稳定 ,在碱性溶液中浸泡后特征峰变得更强更规则 ,适合作碱性可充电池正极活性物质。

【Abstract】 The LiCoO 2 cathode for molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) was doped with Mg by semiconductor doping method, and then was heavy doped with rare earth elements La and Ce. The dual pore structure of the LiCoO 2 cathode was favorable to mass transfer in either liquid or gas. The properties of the cathode were evaluated by testing single cell, and were compared with those of NiO cathode. The MCFCs assembled with LiCoO 2 and NiO cathodes (with Ni Cr anode and 26 cm 2 electrode area) were discharged at the current density of 300 mA·cm -2 respectively when the reaction gas pressure was 0.9 MPa and the utilization of fuel gas and oxidant was 20%. The operating voltage and power density of the MCFC with LiCoO 2 cathode was 0.848 V and 254.4 mW·cm -2 while those of the MCFC with NiO cathode was 0.820 V and 246 mW·cm -2 respectively. The properties and conductivity of LiCoO 2 cathode were improved by the doping of Mg, La and Ce and the dual pore structure compared with those of NiO cathode.
