掺杂α-Ni(OH)2的电化学性能研究
Studies on the electrochemical characteristics of metal-substituted α-Ni(OH)2
【摘要】 氢氧化镍是碱性蓄电池的正极活性物质 ,为了改善镍系列电池的性能 ,对掺杂α Ni(OH ) 2 的合成工艺和电极的电化学性能进行了研究。将氢氧化镍制成镍正极 ,与贮氢负极制成MH Ni电池 ,通过与其它几种球型氢氧化镍在 0 .2C、1C率放电性能的比较 ,讨论了此材料的优势。结果表明此掺杂α Ni(OH ) 2 具有较高的放电平台 ,且放电曲线非常平坦 ,非常适合作为动力电池材料
【Abstract】 Ni(OH) 2 is widely used as an active material for positive electrode in alkaline rechargeable batteries. The synthesizing process of metal substituted α Ni(OH) 2 and the electrochemical properties of nickel electrode were researched to improve the performance of Ni based batteries. The discharge performance of the Ni MH cell with metal substituted α Ni(OH) 2 as positive material at 0.2 C and 1 C was compared with that of the Ni MH cells using other spherical Ni(OH) 2 in order to discuss the advantage of α Ni(OH) 2. The results show that the α Ni(OH) 2 has high discharge plateau and flat discharge curve, so it is suitable to be used as positive material for power battery.
