Cu掺杂的Ce-Zr-O固溶体上甲烷的完全氧化反应 (Ⅰ)催化剂制备方法及反应活性

【摘要】 以浸渍法、共沉淀法、柠檬酸溶胶 凝胶法分别制备了掺杂Cu的Ce Zr O催化剂 ,对其进行了甲烷完全氧化反应的催化活性测试 ,并考察了温度、还原预处理、Cu含量、xCe/xZr比等因素对催化剂氧化活性的影响。结果发现 ,共沉淀法、溶胶 凝胶法制备的催化剂性能优于浸渍法制备的催化剂 ;不论采用何种制备方法 ,Cu和Ce的含量均存在一个最佳范围 ;在较低的温度区间 ,还原预处理过程有助于提高催化剂活性 ,在较高的温度区间 ,是否进行还原处理对催化剂活性影响不大

【Abstract】 Cu doped Ce Zr O catalysts were prepared by impregnation, co precipitation and sol gel method, and their catalytic activity of methane complete oxidation was studied. Effects of temperature, reduction pretreatment, Cu content and x Ce /x Zr ratio on catalytic activity were also investigated. The results show that the catalysts prepared by co precipitation and sol gel are more active than that prepared by impregnation. There is an optimum range for Cu and Ce content whatever preparation method were applied. Within the relative low temperature range, activity of catalysts are improved by reduction pre treatment; within the high temperature range, reduction has little effect on activity.
