锂化的氧化钒阴极材料研究
Research on cathode material of lithiated vanadium oxide
【摘要】 热电池用的一般阴极材料是二硫化铁 ,为了克服二硫化铁的热分解 ,我们开展了锂化的氧化钒阴极材料的研究 ,发现锂化的氧化钒阴极材料具有更高的电压和更好的热稳定性 ,但由于锂化的氧化钒阴极材料的库仑比容量比较低 ,影响热电池的后期放电电压。以锂化的氧化钒材料为主、添加一定比例二硫化铁的复合阴极材料 ,其综合性能优于锂化的氧化钒和二硫化铁这两种阴极材料 ,应用于长寿命热电池中 ,取得了比较好的效果。
【Abstract】 Lithiated vanadium oxide (LVO) was researched as the cathode material for thermal battery in order to substitute the common used iron disulfide material ,which is characterized by thermal decomposition at high temperature. The results show that the LVO cathode material performs high voltage and good thermal stability, whereas the end phase discharge voltage of the thermal battery with LVO cathode is decreased due to its low specific capacity. The composite cathode material consisting of LVO and certain proportion of iron disulfide has better general properties compared with LVO and iron disulfide, and it exhibits good performance in long life thermal battery.
