【Abstract】 Three kinds of defects sometime appeared in phosphating of cold rolled steel sheet, that is, bluing of drop shape, stripe shape or bluing on whole of the steel sheet surface. The main causes are high activity of the steel sheet, high concentration of catalyst in the phosphating solution or small phosphating solution flow at the entrance of phosphating tank etc. After the corresponding adjustments have been made, the bluing problem is resolved and perfect phosphating film is obtained under the production technology.更多还原
