【摘要】 目的建立敏感性高、特异性强的鼠疫血清学诊断方法,应用于鼠疫血清学监测。方法用标记的鼠疫菌FI抗原(125I—FI)检测阳性血清、免疫黄鼠血清、实验区各种动物血清及正常血清。结果建立鼠疫放射免疫沉淀试验(RIP),并确定其诊断标准,研制出了鼠疫抗体放免测定盒及其使用方法。RIP在鼠疫监测中的应用。结论RIP的敏感性和特异性均明显高于IHA,是目前建立的鼠疫血清学方法中最为敏感特异的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the specificity and sen sitivity about plague serology diagnosis method and have appli-cation in the plague serology monito r .Method Marked antigen FI ( 125 I-FI )detect positive serum ,immunity sper-mophile serum,various animals seru min experiment area and normal serum.Result To establish the plague radioimmunopre-cipitation(RIP)and confirm diagnosis standard of th e plague RIP ,produce plague antibod y radioimmunity box and opera-tion guide.Application of the RIP in the plague monitor.Conclusion The specificity and sensitivity of t he RIP is high-er than the IHA ,it is the most sensitive and specific method in plague sero logy diagnosis method at the present time.更多还原
