不同碘浓度对小鼠抗氧化能力的研究

【摘要】 应用不同含碘量的饮食喂养昆明种小鼠,测定其红细胞和甲状腺组织SOD、GPx这两种重要的抗氧化酶的活性以及LPO和脑组织中一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的含量,结果表明缺碘小鼠SOD、GPx活性明显减低,LPO增高;高碘小鼠SOD活性升高,GPx活性明显减低,LPO减少;甲低小鼠SOD、GPx活性显著减低,:LPO明显增高;各组与正常组相比脑组织中NO及NOS的含量均有不同程度的减少。研究表明机体的抗氧化能力虽然具有一定的代偿,但是,其代偿能力是有限的,在缺碘、高碘以及甲低情况下,机体的抗氧化能力均受到影响,自由基持续损伤甲状腺及脑组织,影响甲状腺和大脑的功能。

【Abstract】 Objective The experiment was designed to study the effect of different levels of iod ine on anti-oxidative abili-ty of thyroid tissue and red blood cells(RBC)and nitrous oxide(NO)and the nitrous oxide synthesizer(NOS)activity of brain tis-sue in mice of Kunming species.Methods Mice were divided into four groups at random,Control group(CG),Iodine deficiency group(IDG),Excessive iodine group(EIG)and Hypothyroidism group(HG).Biochemical method was used to dete rmine the activi-ty of SOD,GPx and LPO level in both thyroid tissue and RBC,and the contents of NO and NOS to determine the activity of brain tissue at 6and 12weeks.Results The activity of SOD,GPx were lower in IDG and HG than those of CG in thyroid t issue and RBC.In IDG and HG the LPO concentration were higher than those of CG.In IDG,HG and EIG the NO and NOS activity were low-er than those of CG in brain tissue.Conclusions Mice fed with different levels of iod ine may change the activity of antioxidation and cause the damage of thyroid and br ain tissue by free radical.
