6160曲轴弯曲镦锻过程的有限元数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of RR Upsetting Process of 6160 Crankshaft by FEM
【摘要】 采用三维刚塑性有限元方法模拟研究了6160曲轴RR法成形过程,得到了曲轴的塑性变形分布规律,并分析了摩擦因素对曲轴成形后变形分布及外形的影响,模拟结果与实验结果吻合。
【Abstract】 The RR upsetting process of the 6160 crankshaft is simulated by 3D rigid-plastic FEM ,and its distribution law of plastic strain and effect of friction on the deformation and shape of deformed crankshaft are given. The calculated result is identica .very well with that of test.
