【Abstract】 In this article, the author, form the development history of physics and its function, probes physics’ contribution to human advance, physics and physics experiment’s roles in fostering personnel of great competence, and the necessity of its reform. Based on the combination of theories and practice, he expounds how to more effectively develop educational and competent functions of physics experiment, how to train original personnel of great competence, and suggests what should be done in teaching reform of physics experiment and what relevant measures to be taken.更多还原
