【Abstract】 This paper investigates design issues of dynamic bandwidth assignment in Ethernet PON system and a novel scheme of requesting-granting by MAC control frame is presented. Furthermore this paper proposes a multiple distribution algorithm based on Ethernet data block. To obtain the realistic simulation result, we generate synthetic traffic that exhibits the properties of self-similarity and long-range dependence. Finally this paper demonstrates and analyzes the network performance under varying offered loads by simulation.更多还原
