EPON MAC控制层实现动态带宽分配策略的研究
A Novel Scheme of Dynamic Bandwidth Assignment for Ethernet PON Based on MAC Control Frame
【摘要】 针对EPON系统上行链路多个ONU共享带宽的拓扑结构 ,本文分析了制定带宽分配策略所需考虑的基本因素 ,在此基础上提出了一种新的动态带宽分配方案 ,通过动态请求分配机制 ,实现上行链路的高效利用。最后 ,通过建模仿真 ,分析了该方案的时延及丢包率特性。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates design issues of dynamic bandwidth assignment in Ethernet PON system and a novel scheme of requesting-granting by MAC control frame is presented. Furthermore this paper proposes a multiple distribution algorithm based on Ethernet data block. To obtain the realistic simulation result, we generate synthetic traffic that exhibits the properties of self-similarity and long-range dependence. Finally this paper demonstrates and analyzes the network performance under varying offered loads by simulation.
