三峡工程500kV大容量输电线路用导线之二 主干线路大截面ACSR/AS-720/50的研制
Conductors for the 500 kV large capacity transmission lines for the Three Gorges Project, Part Ⅱ R&D of the large cross-section conductor ACSR/AS-720/50 for the backbone line
【摘要】 三峡工程± 5 0 0 k V直流输电线路用大截面导线 ,目前虽然可以采用钢芯铝绞线 ,但铝包钢芯铝绞线更具有优良的性能。本文叙述制造 ACSR/ AS- 72 0 / 5 0铝包钢芯铝绞线的主要技术关键 ;原材料铝线和铝包钢线、ACSR/ AS- 72 0 / 5 0的性能 ;及其试验的结果和结论。
【Abstract】 Presently, ACSR is used as the large cross section conductors for the ±500 kV DC transmission lines. But ACSR/AS has superior properties to ACSR in this application. This article presents key technologies in the manufacture of ACSR/AS 720/50, aluminium wire and AS wire as raw materials and properties of ACSR/AS 720/50. Test results are detailed.
