添加Ag的Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3薄膜研究

【摘要】 本文研究了Ag的添加对超大磁阻材料Nd0 .7Sr0 .3MnO3薄膜磁电特性的影响 .通过对相同条件下制备的Nd0 .7Sr0 .3MnO3薄膜和添加Ag的Nd0 .7Sr0 .3MnO3薄膜的测量 ,着重比较了电阻温度系数 (TCR)和磁电阻 (MR)的变化 .所制备的添加Ag的Nd0 .7Sr0 .3MnO3薄膜经过高温退火处理后 ,在 1Tesla下得到较高的磁电阻MR值 ,其电阻温度系数TCR也大为增加

【Abstract】 Thin films of Ag-added Nd-{0.7}Sr-{0.3}MnO-3 exhibit changes of several desirable characteristics over the pristine counterparts. The addition of Ag results in narrow resistive transitions and an enhanced magnetroresistance (MR) effect. After the samples are annealed at 900℃ in oxygen atmosphere, the MR effect is further enhanced and a MR ratio of 438% is obtained at 1 Tesla. Meanwhile, the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) is increased, too. The observed improvement in properties is inferred to be largely associated with the spin-dependent scattering of electrons at the interface between the magnetic perovskite phase and the nonmagnetic Ag-added phase and the improved oxygen stoichiometry of the films.
