【摘要】 介绍了面向地区电网的调度运营技术支持系统。该系统在充分利用管理信息系统 (MIS)硬件资源、数据信息的基础上 ,按照公平、公正、合理、可行的市场原则 ,研制开发了电量数据采集、计划申报、负荷预测、信息发布、调度管理以及对地方电厂和供电公司按调度运营管理办法进行考核等各种应用程序 ,实现了调度运营管理全过程的自动化。该系统已在辽阳供电公司投运 ,效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a regional power network oriented technical supporting system for dispatching and marketing in electricity market is described. On the basis of making full use of the hardware resource and the data of MIS and according to the principle of fairness, impartiality, rationality and feasibility, the application modules such as electricity energy data acquisition, working out operating plans and reporting to higher level, load forecasting, information distribution, power network dispatching and management, check and assessment upon the local power plants and power supply bureaus in accordance with management method for dispatching and marketing are developed to implement the dispatching automation and marketing automation in overall process.更多还原
