【摘要】 电力工业已成为在国家建设和国民经济发展中具有战略意义的基础行业 ,因此通过多种方式的多目标综合评价来把握电力企业的发展动向至关重要。文章首先提出一种多层次综合评价指标体系 ,进而又提出一种基于 Fuzzy集理论的多目标多层次模糊综合评价方法 ,并对不同评价原则下的模糊运算模型、多目标权系数赋值方法及其选择策略、评价矩阵隶属度的确定方法作了探讨。实践表明 ,应用该指标体系和评价方法可将诸因素对电力企业运营状况的影响通过不同层次、不同阶段较为直观地表现出来 ,从而较好地保证了评价的客观性。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present electric power industry has become a fundamental trade in national economy development in China and it possesses strategic significance. Therefore, it is very important to grasp the developing trend of electric power enterprises by use of multiobjective comprehensive evaluation. In this paper at first a multilayer comprehensive evaluation index system is put forward, then a multiobjective multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy sets theory is proposed, and the fuzzy operation models under different evaluation rules, the assignment methods for multiobjective weights and its selection strategies of these methods, the methods to determine membership grades of evaluation matrix are presented. It is proved in practice that applying this index system and the evaluation method can express the influences of the factors on economical operation situation of electric power enterprises through the different layers and different stages in direct viewing manner to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation.更多还原
