EMS考核监视管理系统的研究与实施

【摘要】 能量管理系统 (EMS)是当代大电网运行不可缺少的手段 ,但是我国各电力公司 EMS应用软件的实用化程度还较低。最近 ,国家电力公司对于各调度部门的 EMS提出了实用化要求 ,并提出了考核标准 ,各调度部门都在为这一目标而努力。因国内网省调大部分采用国外的 EMS,不具备考核统计功能 ,作者根据国调中心提出的实用化要求 ,对湖北 EMS进行了 EMS考核监视管理系统的研究和实施。该系统深入EMS核心内部 ,结合外部软件编程 ,对 EMS的运行参数进行人工设置并对 EMS应用软件的运行状态及结果进行实时考核统计和控制。该系统对 EMS各应用软件进行了全方位、功能全面的自动不间断规范化考核监视 ,为 EMS的实用化打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 In China, Energy Management System (EMS) becomes more and more important in power system control, but the practical application of EMS application software in domestic electric power companies is not satisfactory. Recently, the State Power Corporation of China asks the power control centres to enhance the practicality of EMSs and puts forward the evaluation standard. Because most of EMSs being applied in regional power system control centres and provincial power system control centres are imported and they do not have the evaluation and statistics functions, so that these dispatch departments are making efforts to achieve this aim. According to the requirement of State Power Corporation, the study and implementation on the computer supervisory control system of EMS are carried out. Combining with exterior programming, this system goes deep into the kernel of EMS, artificially sets up its operating parameters and can carry out the real time evaluation and supervision of operating status and results of EMS application software. Thus the function of EMS in Hubei provincial control centre is remarkably enhanced. Moreover, it can control some application modules of EMS such as State Estimation (SE) and Dispatch Power Flow (DPF).
