我国冷冻系统水冷设备污垢影响的能量损失研究

【摘要】 介绍了较少污垢冷冻系统水冷器的传热系数实际测试工作 ,结合文献数据研究水垢引起的传热效率下降 ,并计算分析由此引起的冰机压缩功耗上升比例为 7%左右 ,根据年鉴资料从宏观上推算 ,电耗损失高达每年 9 38亿元 ,建议大力推广自动清洗防垢技术。

【Abstract】 This paper states the actual measurement of the overall coefficient of heat transfer of water coolers with a little fouling in refrigerating systems.Combined with certain document data,the drop of the coefficient caused by the water fouling is researched.The increase in pressure work is analyzed and calculated,which is caused by the drop of the coefficient.The consumption is increased by about 7%.According to the yearbooks the power consumption is calculated from the macro point of view and reaches more than 4 billion dollars.It is suggested that the on line self cleaning fouling technology should be used widely.
