【Abstract】 Four new species of Selenocephalinae are described from Mt.Tianmu(30.3°N,119.4°E)and Mt.Mogan(30.5°N,119.9°E),Zhejiang Province,and Mt.Baotianman(33.7°N,116.8°E),Henan Province,China.All the type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collections of Anhui \{Agricultural\} University.1 Carvaka bigeminata sp. nov. (Figs.9-17) This species externally resemblesFistulatus sinensis Zhanget Zhang,but both of them are easily separable each other by the characters of male genitalia,namely in the former,the aedeagus has two pairs of denticale on apical part,the plates are slender,the apical parts of pygofer sides taper spine-like.Length:♂5.5-6.2*!mm,♀6.1-7.0*!mm;incl.tegm.:♂6.8-7.2*!mm,♀8.0-8.2*!mm.Holotype ♂,Mt.Tianmu,Zhejiang Province 1*!500*!m,18 Aug.1999,light trap,coll.CAI Ping.Paratypes 8 ♂♂ and 22 ♀♀,same as holotype;6♂♂ and 16♀♀,same as the former,19 Aug.1999;3♂♂ and 3♀♀,same locality and collector as holotype,1*!560*!m,25 July 1998.3 Fistulatus luteolus sp. nov.
