人子宫内膜癌单克隆抗体的制备及鉴定
Preparation and identification of monoclonal antibody in endometrial carcinoma
【Abstract】 To discover novel targets on endometrial carcinoma, we generated a monoclonal antibody by hybridoma technology. The specificity of the antibodies was detected by immunohistochemistry. An antibody was obtained that specifically bound to endometrial carcinoma, but not bound to normal endometrium,and will be a tool for the diagnosis and therapy of endometrial cancer.
