【摘要】 为满足大庆地区深井钻探的需要 ,研制了一种新型低密度有机硅钻井液体系 ,并对其做了室内试验和现场试验 .结果表明 :有机硅钻井液体系经 180℃ ,16h热滚后 ,流变性变化小 ,高温高压下失水小于 15mL ;能与粘土表面形成牢固的化学吸附作用 ,具有较好的热稳定性 ;有比两性离子和正电胶体系更好的抑制性 ,抗土般土污染能力良好 .施工中采用该体系 ,岩心渗透率恢复值高 ,对井壁保护效果明显 ,有利于录井和测井作业

【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of deep drilling and exploration in Daqing oil field, we have developed new low density organosilicon drilling fluid. Corresponding experimentations of the drilling fluid system have been done in laboratory and drilling site. The result of the experimentations shows that after heating for 16 hat 180 ℃, there is little in rheological property of the fluid, the loss of water at high temperature and high pressure is less than 15 milliliters. It can also form solid chemisorption on the clay surface. Therefore, the fluid has satisfactory thermostability and its inhibiting effect is much better than amphoteric polymer fluid and MMH. The pollution resistance ability to bentonite is excellent, the restoration value of permeability is high and the well\|wall protecting effect of the system is evident. This system, whose properties are stable, is easy to maintain and to treat in the on\|site operation, which gives conveniences to well logging and testing.
