影响聚合物溶液流变性能的因素分析
Analysis of the factors that affect the rheological property of polymer solution
【摘要】 分析了影响聚合物溶液流变特性的因素 .结果表明 :在一定的实验条件下 ,聚合物溶液的粘度随着剪切速率的增加而减小 ,其变化符合幂律指数规律 .聚丙烯酰胺溶液的粘度与溶液的质量浓度、配制水的矿化度、温度及聚丙烯酰胺的摩尔质量有关 ;随着聚合物溶液的质量浓度及聚丙烯酰胺摩尔质量增加 ,溶液的粘度也随着增加 ;随着配制水的矿化度增加及温度升高 ,溶液的粘度下降 ;黄原胶溶液的粘度几乎不受水的矿化度影响 .
【Abstract】 In this paper, we have studied the rheological property of polymer solution. The result indicates that at certain experimental conditions, the viscosity of polymer solution will decrease with the increase of shear rate according to the rule of power law exponent. The viscosity of polymer solution is related to the mass concentration in solution, the salinity in water, the temperature and the molal weight of polymer solution. It will increase with the increase of both mass concentration polymer solution and molal weight of polyarylamide(PAM). But with the increase of salinity in water, the viscosity of solution will decrease. The salinity of water cannot affect the viscosity of xanthan gum solution.
