加入WTO后中国银行法制的局限性及其克服
The Limitations of Chinese Banking Legal System and Overcome after China’s Entering’s
【摘要】 我国目前银行法在立法精神、透明性、市场准入及法律体系协调、监管等方面的许多规定与WTO规则存在冲突 ,应有针对性地对这些问题加以解决。
【Abstract】 At present many stipulations in the Banking Law of China with regard to legislative spirit, transparency, market access, coordination and supervision of legal system are in conflict with the WTO rules and regulations. All of these problems should be resolved respectively.
