【Abstract】 Japan has attached importance to the development of middle and small-sized enterprises since the end of World War Ⅱ. It has given great support to these enterprises within situational environment ,financial aid and socialized service systems etc.and these enterprises have achieved great development. The author discusses the problems of legislation which lag far behind the increasing growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China and comes up with a suggestion that a special law should be enacted with drawing some similar experiences in legislation from Japan.更多还原
