【摘要】 研究了早籼稻品种培矮 64S种子胚愈伤组织诱导及再生的条件。调节培养基中的2 ,4- D、KT及 NAA等激素浓度 ,胚性愈伤组织诱导频率可达到 48.5% ,愈伤组织再生频率接近 60 %。结果表明 ,合适的激素浓度可显著提高籼稻组织培养的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The culture condition of callus formation and plant regeneration of indica rice variety Peiai 64S was studied.After adjusting the concentration of 2,4 D,KT and NAA,the induction frequency of calli arrived to 48.5% and the plant regeneration frequency was approximately 60%.The result showed the suitable concentration of phytohormone could promote the efficiency of indica rice tissue culture remarkably.更多还原
