【摘要】 研究了三唑酮处理后离体黄瓜子叶衰老过程中活性氧的产生及膜系统的变化。结果表明 :2 0 mg/L三唑酮能有效抑制 O- ·2 、H2 O2 的累积 ,减轻质膜相对透性和膜脂过氧化程度及组织自动氧化速率。这表明三唑酮减轻了活性氧在植物体内的累积 ,可以作为一种活性氧的直接或间接清除剂更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied generation of free radicals and changes of membrane in cucumber cotyledons after triadimefon treatment.The results showed that during the senescence of cucumber cotyledons,contents of O -· 2,H 2O 2 and relative plasmamembrane permeability,products of membrane lipid peroxidation (MDA) and autoxidation rate were lower than those of the control after triadimefon treatment at 20 mg/L.These results suggested triadimefon retards the accumulation of reactivated oxygen,and it may be a direct or indirect reactivated oxygen scavenger.更多还原
