【摘要】 医院信息系统的广泛应用,推动了医院e化和现代化管理的进程。电子病历作为医院信息系统e化的一个重要组成部分,已经超越了传统病历的管理模式。为了能够全面解决电子病历使用过程中存在的问题,笔者提出了一种安全可靠的第三方电子病历模型。该模型的应用不仅能很好地解决目前众多电子病历中标准化及共享性差等问题,而且提高了电子病历在Internet中的安全可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wide application of the computer science&technology and Hospital Information System(HIS)at hospital promotes much progress in the hospital’s management and electronicalization.The Computerized Patient Records is part of HIS, and it excels the traditional case history at the managerial pattern. For totally solving the puzzle appeared in practice, the model of Third Part Secure&Credible Computerized Patient Records System is brought forward in article.
