【Abstract】 Gained by contrast with vertical organization, excellence in avoiding organization structure risk of flat organization is illustrated with three steps: first, the loss of organization structure risk can be prevented by organization structure fork; second, flexibility of organization is in positive connection with the ability of preventing the risk; last, flat organization has higher flexibility.
