【摘要】 目的 :探讨上尿路手术中支架管的选择及其应用。方法 :在28例上尿路手术中应用肾造瘘支架管作支架引流 ;置管时间4～8w。结果 :全部患者无感染、尿漏、导管移位及尿路刺激症等并发症发生。16例肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄术后6mo复查排泄性尿路造影无吻合口狭窄。结论 :肾造瘘支架管在上尿路手术中是一种减少术后并发症 ,使用方便安全、值得推广的方法 ;主要推荐其应用于肾盂成形术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and selection of bracket in upper ureter operation.Methods:The kidney cystostomy bracket was used for drainage and put the bracket tube for 4-8 weeks.Results:All the cases were no complications.Conclusion:The kidney cystostomy bracket tube is a safe and easy way in upper ureter operation and is needing to develop widely.更多还原
