外侧隔升压反应参与中央杏仁核升压系统的机制
Mechanism Underlying Pressor Response of Lateral Septum islnvolved in Pressor Response of Central Amygdaloid Nucleus
【摘要】 目的 :本实验在于分析外侧隔(SL)升压的中枢机制 ,及SL在中央杏仁核(AC)的情绪升压系统中的作用和关系。方法 :脑内核团微量注射不同的药物 ,记录血压和心率的变化。结果 :①促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)或P物质(SP)注射入SL可引起升压反应;②微量注射L -谷氨酸钠(Glu)到AC的升压反应均可被SL内注入CRF或SP的拮抗剂所减弱。结论 :AC的升压反应可通过SL实现 ,并由CRF和SP为递质 ,说明SL升压机制参与中央杏仁核情绪升压反应
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the mechanism underlying pressor response of lateral septum (SL)was connected with the central amygdaloid nucleus (AC)-emotional pressor response circit.Methods:Interbrain microinjection of drugscombined with observation of changes in arterial pressor and heart rate were used.Results:(1)Corticotropin releasing factor(CRF)or substance P(SP)microinjectioninto the SL can induce pressor response.(2)The AC pressor responses to glutamate(Glu)could be attenuated by preinjection of GRF antagonist or SP antagonst intobilateral SL.Conclusions:The results indicate that the AC produce pressor responsesinvolved with the SL via their CRF and SP,mechanism underlying pressor response of SL is involved in pressor response of AC.
