CDMA2000下行链路定点仿真研究
Performance of Fixed-point Simulations on cdma2000 Downlink
【摘要】 本文依据cdma2000物理层标准,以浮点仿真为基础,利用EDA工具—COSSAP,建立了完整的cdma2000 1x下行链路的定点仿真平台。重点研究了量化处理和有限字长效应对于RAKE接收机和Viterbi译码器性能的影响,并且将浮点仿真和定点仿真的结果进行了比较和分析,对于实际系统的实现具有一定的指导和借鉴价值。
【Abstract】 Based on physical layer standard of cdma2000, the performance of cdma2000 1x down-link is analyzed by fixed-point simulation. The quantization error and limited wordlength, which have typically been negligible in floating-point simulation, become significant for fixed-point simulation. The complete fixed-point simulation platform for cdma2000 1x downlink is developed using EDA tool — COSSAP. The structure and performance of RAKE receiver, the key component in cdma2000 systems, are discussed in details. Comparisons with floating-point simulation, the proposed fixed-point practice leads to some important conclusions, which provide valuable references for the implementation of practical systems.
