细胞粘附分子CD18、CD54表达在急性脑梗塞中的意义

【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨粘附分子CD18、CD54 粘附功能及其表达变化与急性脑梗塞 (ICA)关系。[方法 ]用流式细胞术检测 88例ICA患者白细胞粘附分子CD18、CD54 质量分数与脑梗塞治疗前后表达 ,并与 30例正常人作对照。[结果 ]ICA患者CD18、CD54 表达明显增高 ,与正常对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗前后比较CD18有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。[结论 ]CD18、CD54 参与脑梗塞发生发展病理过程 ,CD18可作为诊断脑梗塞的一项辅助指标
【Abstract】 To explore the relation of adhesion function and change of expression of cell adhesion molecules CD 18 ,CD 54 with acute cerebral infarction (ICA). In flow cell method(FCM), to detect expression of leukocyte adhesion molecules CD 18 ,CD 54 in 88 acute cerebral infarction patients with 30 controls, before and after treatment. The expression of CD 18 ,CD 54 was significantly raise, obviously different than the controls ( P >0.05). [Conclusion] CD 18 ,CD 54 might take part in occurrence of ICA pathology process. CD 18 ,CD 54 might take part in occurrence of ICA pathology process. CD 18 is a additional diagnosis index for ICA.
